Join us on Sunday for a moderate 7.7 mile loop near Topanga, California. With 1,322 ft of elevation gain, make sure you pack lots of water and snacks! This hike features beautiful, panoramic views of the mountains, and we will be trying to leave early to beat the heat!
Michael Ross is a professor in the Political Science Department and the Institute of the Environment and Sustainability at UCLA. He is currently teaching PoliSci M152: Political Economy of Climate Change. He has published on energy politics, climate change, fossil fuels, gender rights, and more; join us on this hike to get to know him and learn more about his amazing work!
